The story behind the song

This song paints a picture of a fervent narrator, inspired by particularly fanatical followers of the band. Its lyrics offer a "tongue-in-cheek" depiction of such a character. The reggae-influenced track, found on the album Terrapin Station, features an unusual time signature, contributing to its "jangly psychedelic reggae" feel. It's a song that invites you to channel a certain kind of charismatic intensity.
