"Feel" captures a raw and deeply emotional moment, emerging from a period when Robbie Williams was at a very low point. The lyrics weren't just crafted; they were compelled, written out of necessity rather than mere poetic intention. So powerful was the initial recording that most of the vocals on the final track come from the original demo, as Williams felt he couldn't recapture that initial intensity. This song plays like a direct window into a deeply personal struggle, offering a profound sense of vulnerability.
