Hush
The story behind the song
"Hush" is a song born from a moment of spontaneous creation, written by Joe South for Billy Joe Royal while traveling. South quickly penned the tune for Royal after he wasn't keen on another song. Though Royal recorded it, the song gained widespread recognition through various interpretations, including the version by Deep Purple. This track carries a playful, almost secretive energy, inviting listeners into its groove.
