Great song from Arcade Fire's Funeral period (best period imo). Been bothering myself 
over the fact that there was no tab for this, so I went ahead and gave it a shot.
Standard tuning, no capo
In this song, both Win and Rich are on guitars. I marked where only Rich is playing.
Intro:
Let all these chords ring except for the regular C. Just do some down strokes on it.

In the background the violin plays a high pitch C and sliding ut to Db at the end of
