afternoon[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nTellin' stories about rodeo and listening to a tune[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nThe rodeo starts tomorrow in this one horse town[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nSo Joe (or name of your choice) took our names and put our entries down.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nI went to the office the next day to see[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nWhat bareback horse I had and to pay my fees.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nI looked on the list but my name wasn't found[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nI thought Joe might of forgot to put me down.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nWell, I looked on the board and I happened to find,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nMy name was on another list, I was in the Bull Riding.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nMy knees began to knock and my face began to sweat,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nThen I heaved and gagged on the rodeo office steps.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nWell, I may be a fool but a coward I'm not,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nSo I borrowed a bull rope with a bell in the knot.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nI walked in the arena with them other bullridin' fools,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nWalked down the chutes, and found my bull.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nThen I put my rope in the middle of his back,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]D[/ch] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nThen had some cowboy pull up the slack,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]D[/ch] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nThen I wrapped the tail around my hand and back,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nAnd said \"Boys, open the gate just a little bitty crack!\".[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nWell, the bull hit the gate with his head[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nAnd I could see over his hump that his eyes was red.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nHe bailed outta there with a big snort and a beller'[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nAnd somethin' inside me told me I was yeller'[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nThe dust and hair and flies from off his hump,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nDid whisk to my nose as he made another jump.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nAnd the stink of it all was more than I could stand,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nSo I jerked my wrap, and opened my hand.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nWell, he jumped through air as he made one more turn,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nThat rope slid through my hand it sure did burn.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nHe flang me down in a great big heap,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nAnd right in the middle of me he did leap.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]D[/ch](strum once) [ch]G[/ch](strum once)\r\nWith his feet on my belly, standing in place,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch](strum once) [ch]D[/ch](strum once)\r\nThat dirty ole' bull, blew snot in my face.[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]D[/ch] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nWell, them danged ole bulls you can run 'em the chutes,[/tab]\r\n[tab][ch]D[/ch] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nPut your ropes on them big gallutes,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]D[/ch] [ch]G[/ch]\r\nBut the closest your gonna find me to their stinkin' hair,[/tab]\r\n[tab] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch] [ch]A[/ch] [ch]D[/ch]\r\nIs to help some other fool get flung in the air.[/tab]","plain_text":"#----------------------------------PLEASE
